XCMG 100-Ton Crane Product Description
XCMG 100-ton cranes come in various models, with differences in lifting capacity, boom length, power, and other aspects. Here are product descriptions for some common models:
• XCT100: It adopts a 6-section “U-shaped” 64-meter main boom, with a maximum lifting capacity of 100 tons, a maximum lifting height of 92.6 meters, and a maximum working radius of 62 meters. Equipped with a Weichai engine, it has a rated power of 316kw and a maximum output torque of 2060N·m. It is China’s first on-demand four-wheel drive truck crane, featuring rear axle hydraulic control follow-up steering technology, enabling two steering modes: highway driving and small turning. The hydraulic system uses a fixed-displacement pump – low-speed high-torque fixed-displacement motor, with a slewing speed of 0-2r/min.
• XCA100: The maximum rated total lifting capacity is 100t. It adopts a 4-axle all-terrain crane chassis, with three-axle drive and full-axle steering. It is equipped with a 7-section U-shaped main boom, 1 section of independent boom head, and 2 sections of truss-type jib. The longest main boom + jib can reach 88m. The upper engine model is ISME 420 30/ISM11E4 440, and the lower engine model is BF6M1013EC/OM924LA.E3A/1. The maximum driving speed is 80km/h, and the maximum climbing gradient is 60%.
